The given, above-stated agreement regulates attitudes on use of our French project (the site http://www.rendez-vous-russe.com/) the physical and/or legal person (in the context of the given Agreement - the User). Registration of the User on the site http://www.rendez-vous-russe.com/ is possible only after having knowledge of and consent with following items of the given Agreement.

I. Our project « Rendez-vous Russe » does not bear responsibility:

I.1 For accuracy, reliability and the contents of the information published by the User on the site http://www.rendez-vous-russe.com/;

I.2 For loss of information, for causing of harm, damage and other material and/or moral losses which have arisen at contact with other users by the User of the site http://www.rendez-vous-russe.com/.

II. The User, accepting the given Agreement :

II.1 Guarantees, that he is of age;

II.2 Bears the personal responsibility for the contents of the information given in the site http://www.rendez-vous-russe.com/. And as bears the personal responsibility for the safety and the confidentiality of his materials for their authorization on the site http://www.rendez-vous-russe.com/;

II.3 Undertakes to not publish pornographic materials, obscene statement and etc. And also undertakes to use the site http://www.rendez-vous-russe.com/ according to the laws in force and applied in the given area;

II.4 Undertakes to not pursue other users, to threaten them nor to mislead them;

II.5 Undertakes to not try without the agreement of the management of the project « Rendez-vous Russe » : to sell to other Users of the site http://www.rendez-vous-russe.com/ any goods and/or services; to use the site http://www.rendez-vous-russe.com/ to distribute promotional materials;

II.6 Confirms, that he has familiarized with the conditions of the given Agreement.

Ш. The Management of the Project « Rendez-vous Russe » reserves the right to itself :

3.1 To make changes to the given Agreement unilaterally;

3.2 To modify a site http://www.rendez-vous-russe.com/ at own discretion;

3.3 To edit and/or remove materials published by the user on the site http://www.rendez-vous-russe.com/ if the given materials do not match the conditions of the given Agreement or also does harm to the project « Rendez-vous Russe » or to the third parties;

3.4 To change the costs and kinds of execution of the services given by the project « Rendez-vous Russe ». And also to use for its purposes the materials published by the User on the site http://www.rendez-vous-russe.com/ which are in open access (for example, in development of promotional materials, to arrange materials on the sites of our partners, etc.).

IV. The management of the Project « Rendez-vous Russe » guarantees :

4.1 Confidentiality in the work with the Users;

4.2 Professionalism in our business;

4.3 Efficiency in the execution of its tasks;

4.4 Reliability and safety of the system used for payments on our site http://www.rendez-vous-russe.com/.
